Have you ever felt a bit lost in the world of STEM teaching?

You're not alone!
Many teachers share their concerns, whether it's with their STEM knowledge, classroom management, or finding effective resources to make STEM exciting for young learners.

Enter Kide Science.
We're on a mission to make STEM learning a joyful experience for teachers and kids. Our playful inquiry-based lesson plans are designed to spark curiosity, develop crucial science process skills, and boost everyone's confidence in STEM education.

But don't just take our word for it!
Our recent white paper delves into how Kide Science can transform STEM teaching for early years educators. The paper includes a mixed-method approach, using both qualitative and quantitative data from surveys and interviews with early childhood teachers from the USA, UK, and Finland.

Three key themes were identified in the data, which related to Kide's impact on strengthening teachers' confidence.

1) A positive and playful learning environment: Kide's playful approach creates a fun and engaging atmosphere that supports learning and eases the stresses of a formal lesson.

2) Shared meaning-making: Kide lessons support teachers’ confidence to let go of control and use scaffolding. Instead of standing at the front of the class, teachers join the collaborative inquiry, which creates a much safer (and fun) learning environment for all.

3) Practical resources: Kide provides valuable tools for lesson planning and classroom management. We make it so much easier to click and go - simply choose a lesson, gather the listed supplies, and jump straight in! Plus, Kide's step-by-step plans emphasize the process of an inquiry, instead of the content knowledge, reducing teachers' anxiety even further.

Overall, results show that Kide lessons can foster a positive learning environment, enhance teachers' confidence, and reduce their anxiety about STEM teaching. Teachers reported increased enjoyment and effectiveness in teaching STEM, especially with frequent use of Kide lessons.
