4. For what purposes do we process information?

7. Principle of protection of the register

Kide Science's systems and data are protected by the necessary technical and organisational methods. Access to information requires, among other things: a personal username and password assigned only to the controller staff member whose role and duties are associated with that access. Access control is in place for the premises of the controller.

8. How long do we store your data?

We will retain records for as long as required by applicable law. We keep records of our customers, partners and other contacts for as long as the information is necessary for the purpose of the data processing in question. As this time is very case-by-case, we periodically evaluate the need for our information and remove data that is no longer needed.

9. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to request a review of your data processed by Kide Science, and to have it removed and corrected. You may also send us other requests based on applicable data protection law. You can also always opt out of processing your data for newsletters and other direct marketing. Please send such requests to the address described in section 1 above.
